About the role

You’re a strategic, people-focused professional who’s passionate about building leadership and capability that drives meaningful impact. You bring expertise in learning and development or organisational development and change, and you thrive on designing initiatives that not only enable growth, inspire new thinking, and shape a future that’s both human and full of possibility. You’re energised by dynamic environments and bring the thought leadership, influence, and execution skills to make things happen. Note: This is a 12-month fixed-term full-time role.

  • Lead the design and delivery of global capability, leadership, and onboarding programs

  • Integrate change leadership into people manager and leadership initiatives

  • Manage and enhance learning platforms and tools to drive engagement and impact

  • Partner with leaders, P& C, and project teams to strengthen organisational change capability

  • Provide expert advice on capability development, leadership effectiveness, and team performance

About you

You’re a strategic and people-focused professional with a passion for building leadership and capability that drives real business impact. With expertise in organisational development and change, you thrive on designing and delivering initiatives that enable people and teams to grow and succeed.

  • Proven experience designing and delivering capability and leadership programs

  • Skilled in diagnosing capability, leadership, and change needs using data and insights

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Confident facilitator and communicator, both in-person and virtually

  • Change leadership mindset with the ability to embed new ways of working sustainably

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or a related field would be highly regarded
