Cloud & Service Provider Project Director - APAC
Join Schneider Electric's Cloud & Service Provider (C& SP) business, a strategic growth pillar within our Secure Power division. This senior role is responsible for leading the delivery of Schneider Electric's most significant cloud, hyperscale, colocation, and data centre infrastructure programs across the APAC region.
As the Cloud & Service Provider Project Director, you will provide executive leadership across a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring exceptional delivery performance while developing trusted relationships with strategic customers and key stakeholders. You will operate at the intersection of project execution, commercial leadership, customer engagement, and organisational development, working closely with hyperscalers, cloud providers, colocation operators, consultants, contractors, and Schneider Electric leadership teams.
This role is ideal for a commercially astute and technically credible leader who thrives in complex environments, can influence at executive level, and has a proven track record delivering large-scale mission-critical infrastructure projects while leading high-performing teams.

What You Will Do
- Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic cloud, hyperscale, colocation, data centre, digital energy, and critical infrastructure projects across APAC.
- Provide executive oversight across all phases of project delivery, ensuring performance against safety, quality, schedule, financial, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Own executive customer relationships for key Cloud & Service Provider accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and senior point of engagement for customer leadership teams.
- Drive project and portfolio financial performance, including forecasting, revenue recognition, profitability, cash flow management, commercial governance, and risk mitigation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and delivery teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
- Act as the executive escalation point for major project, contractual, commercial, operational, and customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and successful business outcomes.
- Champion Schneider Electric's One Solution approach by aligning delivery teams across Secure Power, Services, Digital Energy, Sustainability, and Software businesses.
- Drive continuous improvement across project governance, resource utilisation, risk management, and delivery processes to strengthen operational performance and customer outcomes.
- Present portfolio performance, strategic risks, opportunities, and recommendations to executive leadership teams, steering committees, and customer stakeholders.
About You
- Extensive experience leading large-scale project portfolios, programs, or project delivery organisations within the data centre, cloud, critical infrastructure, construction, or electrical sectors.
- Proven success delivering complex, high-value projects for hyperscale, cloud, service provider, or colocation customers.
- Demonstrated experience leading senior project managers and multidisciplinary delivery teams within a matrixed environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with accountability for P& L performance, forecasting, budgeting, contract management, and risk governance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at executive and C-suite levels.
- Deep understanding of data centre technologies, mission-critical infrastructure, construction delivery, and customer business drivers.
- Strong leadership presence, strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple functions, countries, and stakeholders.
- Engineering degree, trade qualification, or equivalent technical background preferred.
