You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, take ownership of operational and financial performance, strengthen customer and supplier relationships, and continuously look for smarter ways to work.

What you'll bring

We're looking for an experienced people leader who knows how to get the best from a team while remaining close enough to the operation to provide practical support when needed.

You will ideally bring:

•2+ years' experience in a leadership role

•Strong leadership, coaching and feedback skills

•The ability to influence people and build effective stakeholder relationships

•Knowledge of import processes, regulatory requirements, FCL/LCL and ground transportation

•Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of productivity and profitability

•Confidence managing customer and operational escalations

•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

•A continuous-improvement mindset
