DHL is seeking an experienced Ocean Freight Specialist to manage end‑to‑end shipment coordination while delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for customers, ensuring smooth execution of ocean freight imports/exports, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to add value.


What you’ll do

• Coordinate bookings, documentation, and international transport
• Manage routing, ensure service commitments, and maximise profitability
• Handle customer enquiries, exceptions, complaints, and claims
• Ensure regulatory compliance for all shipments
• Identify upselling opportunities and support customer retention
• Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement
• Ensure customers are billed on time with accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

• Experience in ocean freight operations (imports/exports)
