Your Job

As a Logistics Coordinator at Koch Fertilisers, you will support the Supply and Operations and 3PL team to facilitate the efficient receipt and storage of fertiliser products at our port-based terminals. This includes managing inbound shipments via bulk vessels, containers, and road transport while ensuring smooth communication and coordination with all stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Accurately record Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), Estimated Time of Completion (ETC), and cleared tons for all product movements.
• Communicate timely updates to all stakeholders, ensuring clarity on product movements.
• Participate in weekly team calls and provide updates.
• Develop and manage discharge plans for Koch vessels, swaps, and ex-hopper sales.
• Report on vessel discharge efficiencies and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely and accurate actualization of product movements.
• Handle invoicing related to logistics operations.
• Maintain vessel tracking for all inbound bulk and container fertilizer vessels.
• Drive continual improvement of processes and procedures within the logistics function.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferable.
• Previous experience in a similar logistics role or as a Logistics Coordinator.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of logistics software and Excel.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Capability to prepare reports and provide insights based on logistics data.
