Ronnie's a busy Italian restaurant in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, is searching for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic front-of-house team. As Restaurant Manager, you’ll take the reins of daily operations, inspire and mentor your team, and ensure each guest’s experience is memorable from the first “buongiorno” to the last espresso. You’ll work alongside a passionate culinary team, bringing a mix of seasonal Italian dishes to life in a venue that blends nostalgia with modern flair.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant – ideally with an Italian or European background.
• Strong financial acumen and operational experience.
• A hands-on manager with a genuine love for food, wine, and guest engagement.
• Availability across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• The right to work in Australia.
