About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent dishes. Reporting to the Head Chef, you’ll contribute to a kitchen culture that values teamwork, creativity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Run your section with confidence across all service periods
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
• Support menu execution, daily mise en place, and seasonal offerings
• Maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Work collaboratively with Front of House to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Monitor portion control, minimise waste, and support cost management
• Contribute ideas and support the development of junior team members

What we’re looking for
• 2–4 years’ experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie
• Formal qualification in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for food and continuous improvement
• Availability to work evenings and public holidays
