About the Role

As a full-time Night Auditor, you’ll be the key point of contact for our guests during the overnight hours, ensuring their needs and expectations are not only met but exceeded. You’ll take pride in delivering exceptional service standards, fulfilling room requirements, and creating memorable experiences for every guest. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to manage tasks in a small team to ensure smooth operations throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel procedures.
• Process daily guest transactions and reconcile accounts, including posting all accommodation, food, beverage, and miscellaneous revenue.
• Complete the night audit process thoroughly, identifying and resolving any discrepancies between revenue and payments.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with tact and care.
• Maintain clear communication with the Night Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all cashiering, accounting, and audit policies, maintaining accurate documentation to support financial integrity.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar Front Office role in a Hotel with the ability to deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating and responding to guest needs promptly and professionally.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservation management.
• Demonstrated experience in processing financial transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems and night audit functions, with attention to detail in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
