Key Responsibilities


As the Marketing & Comms Manager you will be a key player in driving the marketing strategy at a local level and as part of the wider QT brand. Aligning activations with partners and stakeholders to both brands.


  • Partner with the Hotel General Manager and QT Brand Manager to develop and execute tailored marketing strategies across all owned and third‑party channels.
  • Plan and deliver an annual marketing calendar of data‑driven campaigns, continually assessing results to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
  • Support the implementation of the broader EVT Hotels & Resorts marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for each property, including influencer activity and campaign-led initiatives.
  • Develop and manage a property‑specific EDM calendar aligned with the overarching marketing strategy.
  • Lead local promotions to drive accommodation and F& B revenue through targeted packages and offers.
  • Manage data capture, growth of F& B email databases, and oversight of third‑party listings and platforms.
  • Provide support to hotel, F& B, and C& E teams through collateral development, including websites, compendiums, menus, signage, and app content.
  • Manage local media relations, PR opportunities, media famils, enquiries, and press materials in line with the QT PR & Editorial Calendar.
  • Oversee creation and rollout of brand assets and content across all channels, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Develop regular reporting schedules for campaign performance, providing insights, trends, and forecasts.
  • Work with the GM and Brand Manager to identify, foster, and review hotel partnerships across accommodation and F& B.
  • Support member‑first acquisition strategies to drive loyalty and enhance customer experience.
  • Report monthly (and as required) on revenue and growth across marketing and communications channels.


What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience working in a marketing management role ideally from hotels, hospitality or event companies.
  • Proven strategic thinker with the ability to translate high‑level marketing strategies into actionable, results‑driven initiatives.
  • Extensive experience managing integrated marketing and communication campaigns across multiple channels, responding effectively to both proactive opportunities and reactive needs.
  • Strong capability in producing and publishing social media content across diverse brand voices, with strengths in both copywriting and creative execution.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building skills with the ability to partner effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, analytical capability, and project management skills, with a track record in developing new products/services and supporting business transformation.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office, Hootsuite, Isentia, and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
