Join the team a Bartender in conferencing and events, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—crafting exceptional cocktails, curating memorable moments, and delivering service with flair and personality. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment and takes pride in their mixology skills, product knowledge, and ability to engage with a diverse clientele.

Skills & Experience

• 1 - 2 years of experience working in a similar restaurant, hotel or bar.
• Experience making cocktails, good knowledge of classic cocktails and product knowledge.
• Personable, enjoy working in a busy environment and engaging with guests.
• Good communication, a team player and attention to detail.
• Adaptable and the ability to multi-task and anticipate the guests needs.
• Enjoy working in a hotel environment and have flexibility to support different outlets

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain personal grooming and uphold a clean, safe, and well-stocked work environment in line with hotel standards.
• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while adhering to all operational, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and comply with all preparation and dispensing standards.
• Complete all opening, closing, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in all required training sessions to continuously improve service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
