DHL Express is seeking an IC Network Control Senior Officer for its office in Diegem, Belgium. As an IC Network Control Center Agent your primary role will be to monitor and update our Intercontinental flights during live operation and update systems in the 72-hour window. Additional you will be providing first-line support to the INCC managers in various tasks.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Provide DHL operations with “Daily Rotation Plan” of aircraft
• Provide the entire network with updated information about aircraft schedule
• Ensure stations are informed of aircraft routing changes, which require attention and action (e.g. ground equipment etc.)
• Supporting INCC management in weekly Performance and Quality Reporting and meetings
• Prepare and publish Network alerts and update where required
• Act alongside the Air Duty / Senior managers to achieve the most optimal results
• Ensure all aircraft movements details and load information are correct and timely updated and perform data quality checks
• Monitor Aircraft utilization and recap Shipments ‘On Hold’ situation
• Liaise with Internal & External Network staff
• Ensures team spirit, service-mindedness and communication channels between Network Control and related departments

• Capacity management and / or previous airline operations experience is an asset
• NCG experience is an asset
• Knowledge of the various Aircraft types operating by/for DHL and understanding capacity differences is an asset
• Knowledge of the DHL transport network and Hubs & Gateways Operation is an asset
• University Degree in Business Management or other, – or equivalent through experience Previous airline operations experience
