This position reports to the Head Of Regulatory Affairs Benelux and is based in Antwerp (Belgium).

What you will do

The Regulatory Affairs Associate is responsible for the Management of Promotional Materials and Regulatory Office Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertising & Promotion of selfcare medicines in Belgium and the Netherlands. Internal management of approval process, communication with Health Authorities,

• Inspection readiness of approved advertising materials.

• Office management including budget follow-up, database compliance, RIMS.

• Management of Free Sales Certification.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific area combined with a strong interest in communication.

• Preferably a background in Regulatory Affairs, Quality or Medical Affairs may be a plus, given the emphasis on regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Desired Qualifications

• Communication skills: Strong communication skills are crucial, given the role requires to communicate effectively with internal teams and external agencies, such as regulatory bodies.

• Be interested in digital marketing.

• Fluent in Dutch, English, and good knowledge of French.
