What we are looking for
We are looking for a strong and experienced Key Account Manager to lead and build a varying and challenging portfolio of customers in the Belgian Mass channel. This set of customers consists of Supermarkets such as Carrefour, Intermarché, Cactus Lux, but also Drug & Superstores such as Di & Cora. Next to this you will lead and set out the strategy for our external Flex Field team, to maximize the impact of our brands and activations instore at key franchised supermarkets such as Delhaize and Carrefour, and as such be a crucial part of developing our business in the entire channel.
You will be part of a BENELUX team of Sales and will work closely with the Brand Activation team to realize our brand and customer plans.
We are looking for someone who has the capabilities to manage and prioritize a larger set of customers, with 3 years of experience in account management, negotiating and category management or trade marketing or someone who has experience at the retailer side and who is interested in making an impact at the suppliers' side of the business.

Experiences
• 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Category Management.
• Fluency in Dutch, French & English are considered a must.
What you will do
As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible to
1. Develop & shape a winning Commercial Strategy in collaboration with the Brand Activation team to deliver our short & mid term Business Targets
• Create and realize customer growth plans embedded with our key brand priorities.
• Integrate and drive Perfect Store principles (promotional planning & execution, distribution optimization, maximize visibility instore both on shelf and 2 nd placement) & Revenue Growth Management and strive for excellence in execution.
• Lead and conduct:
§ Customer meetings (in close collaboration with Brand Activation) to sell our trade stories.
§ Yearly negotiations to ensure the profitable growth that will deliver on our business and brand targets.
2. Lead & drive our external Field team to deliver our business targets and bring to life our brand plans instore fo the entire channel.
• You will prepare, brief and monitor sales drives to our external field team and ensure they have the right input to execute our strategy instore.
• You will continuously analyze feedback and data to optimize our POS scope and briefings for each drive depending on the brand and customer priorities.
3. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and teams to deliver best in class service to our customers
• Forecasting and delivering volumes in collaboration with our Demand planner and Customer Service team.
• Forecasting sales in collaboration with our Sales Operations & Planning manager, whilst searching for CIW efficiencies.
• Closely collaborate with our sales assistant, to process invoices and ensure information is shared correctly & in time to our customers.
