What you will do

As an eCommerce Key Account Manager, you are part of the eCommerce Squad where you will drive the growth of our eCommerce business by developing and executing a comprehensive sales and activation strategy.
One of your responsibilities will be to manage the end-to-end Amazon account operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and advertising campaigns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize the activations of all Pureplay Channels, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven initiatives to enhance visibility, sales, and profitability.

Your role will also involve building strong relationships with customers and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives to maximize ROI and market share in the eCommerce space.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Sales Execution:

• Own the relationship with eCom customers such as Amazon, including local and international contracts & negotiations

• Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Product Listing and Optimization:

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates.

• Utilize SEO best practices to improve product rankings and discoverability on Amazon.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.

• Implement strategies to manage stock levels, avoid stockouts, and minimize overstock situations.

Pricing and Promotions:

• Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.

• Monitor and adjust pricing based on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.

Advertising and Marketing:

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns using Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other ad types.

• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

• Manage the relationship between Kenvue and the Advertising Agencies to optimize ad performance

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.

• Use data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure alignment and execution of eCommerce initiatives.

Continuous Improvement:

• Relentlessly pursue Digital Perfect Store implementation

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall eCommerce performance.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, and/or related field.

Experience

• Min 5 years of sales experience with a proven record of delivery

• Advanced expertise in Amazon Vendor Central is a must. This includes proficiency in optimizing product listings, managing catalogs, and leveraging Amazon Advertising tools (e.g., Sponsored Ads, DSP).

• Solid knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and negotiating with Amazon teams.

• Prior agency and budget management responsibilities.

• Experience in working in FMCG or Pharma related industries is a plus

Functional Skills

• Advanced understand of Amazon Vendor Central

• Advanced understanding of MS Office tools with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Soft Skills

• Strong understanding of Amazon's digital customer journey and eCommerce ecosystem.

• Deep knowledge of organic and paid search strategies specific to Amazon.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Strong understanding of the digital customer journey and eCommerce business.

• Good understanding of online advertising practices (organic & paid search).

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable and effective at taking the initiative and responsibility.

Language

• Fluency in English. Dutch and/or French are a plus
