What You Will Do

The Customer Collaboration Supervisor will serve as the primary liaison between the local Commercial team and the Customer Service team. This role is focused on optimizing supply chain processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing essential aspects like customer data, complaints, and stock management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and the ability to drive efficiency across all processes to meet customer and service targets.

This role is based in our Antwerp office in Belgium, and the employee will be expected to commute to the office a few times a week as part of a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer collaboration, focusing on key accounts and providing operational support for customer-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales OPS, Commercial, Customer Shopper, etc.) to enhance supply chain efficiency and drive performance targets.
  • Lead customer engagement activities, including account planning, customer visits, and reporting.
  • Oversee stock management processes, including order and backorder management, ensuring accurate communication of stock risks and availability.
  • Drive forecasting and stock allocation processes to minimize out-of-stock situations and improve supply chain accuracy.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of customer master data, minimizing service disruptions and complexities.
  • Address complaints and service issues, implementing corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction and service levels.
  • Continuously monitor and ensure that supply chain and service level targets are met, contributing to overall performance.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Analyze and propose improvements based on customer insights and data trends.

Requirements:
  • Educational Background: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Dutch or French is a must.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain processes, with experience in managing customer relationships and operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and BW (Business Warehouse).
  • Office Skills: Comfortable using standard office tools such as telephone systems, email, and Outlook.
  • Professional Skills: Strong decision-making abilities, efficiency in task execution, and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to handle multi-source information and effectively communicate insights.
