What you will do:

As the Commercial Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) across different legal entities within the BeNeLux subcluster. This includes overseeing the operational aspects of these systems, ensuring quality standards are implemented and maintained for Kenvue's operations. You will play a key role in navigating the regulatory landscape and ensuring quality is prioritized throughout all operations.

You will be given the opportunity to grow and develop into the role of back-up GDP Responsible Person for the entities within the BeNeLux operating under WDA (Wholesale and Distribution Authorization); or - depending on your qualification - into the back-up Qualified Person for the entities operating under a MIA (Manufacturing and Importation Authorization).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) for the BeNeLux subcluster, ensuring that all entities within your scope comply with the company's quality principles, policies, and applicable local regulations. You will also drive the optimization of systems and processes to meet both operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead key quality processes , including Management Reviews, Non-conformances (deviations, investigations), CAPA management, Complaints, mock-recalls, and internal/external audits. You will partner with senior quality managers and local business heads to ensure timely resolution of any quality issues.
  • Drive process optimization within the subcluster, harmonizing procedures and creating synergies across teams to improve efficiency and maintain high-quality standards. You will also identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives and stay informed of evolving regulations that impact quality and distribution practices.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. You will work closely with teams to meet both quality and operational objectives.
  • Assume responsibilities for GDP RP roles for J& J Consumer BV and JNTL Consumer Health (Belgium) BV. You will also be the back-up for other potential Qualified Person (QP) roles as required, especially if JNTL Consumer Health (Belgium) BV applies for a MIA.

What we are looking for:
  • Preferably a first relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or within quality assurance
  • A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Pharmaceutics, Medicines, Biology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences, with a solid understanding of quality management principles.
  • Eligibility to become GDP Responsible Person (RP) in Belgium and the Netherlands according to local regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and be results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or French and English
  • QP certification by the FAMHP in Belgium is an asset.
