Job Description:

Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations. Establishes and manages operational Regulatory Affairs objectives based on corporate initiatives and compliance regulations to drive innovation and ensure timely commercialization of new and modified products into key markets. Communicates regulatory compliant plans with business unit and functional employees to drive the optimum portfolio of innovative products and pipeline needs. Develops policies and procedures for the compilation and filing of regulatory submissions in support of new product introductions to ensure timely approval for market release. Directs activities for product policy development on quality and accuracy monitoring to ensure new and existing products meet government regulations. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets. Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
