What You’ll Do

As a Product Analyst, you’ll work closely with our Technical and Business Product Owners to bring ideas to life. You’ll help translate strategy into action by:

  • Collaborating with partners to capture and refine business and technical requirements.
  • Crafting clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Supporting agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Analyzing data to advise product decisions and track success metrics.
  • Participating in testing and validation to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Monitoring platform performance and seeing opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Maintaining documentation and knowledge bases to support user enablement and product lifecycle.
  • Partnering with IT, legal operations, and vendor teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

What You’ll Bring

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3-5 years demonstrated ability in product or business analysis within enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • A passion for continuous improvement and user-centered design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Legal Operations, Legal Service Delivery, or Work Management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM or HRSD.
  • Understanding of compliance, security, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
