Human Resources Student
Join us as our Human Resources Student at Dedalus, one of the world’s leading healthcare technology companies, in Antwerp to gain some valuable experiences and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.
What you’ll achieve
As the Human Resources Student, you will participate in improving and enhancing our HR processes while contributing directly to employee well-being strategies.
You will:
Analyze our current onboarding process to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Support employer branding and internal communication strategies for new hires.
Assist in the facilitation of SMART goal-setting workshops and performance management discussions.
Interpret results from employee well-being surveys and help design actionable improvement plans.
Test proposed HR process improvements using real-life scenarios or regional pilots when applicable.
Optimize and improve hour HR-intranet
Digitalize HR-processes and administration

Essential Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Interest in onboarding, employee engagement, and performance development
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Fluent in English and Dutch
Desirable Requirements
Basic knowledge of psychodiagnostic tools or survey analysis
Previous internship or experience in an HR-related role
Familiarity with SMART goals or performance management frameworks
Interest in healthcare or digital health transformation
