Are you seeking an internship with a purpose?

Internship Focus:

  • As a Human Resources Intern, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and enhance our current onboarding process. This includes analyzing gaps in the process, identifying deficiencies through psychodiagnostic assessments, and devising a comprehensive onboarding plan from contract signing through the initial days of employment and beyond.
  • You will collaborate with various stakeholders, such as IT for providing necessary equipment, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, you will create checklists, monitor employer branding, and develop communication strategies.
  • Given the opportunity, you may test your proposed improvements with practical or real-life case scenarios within the region. You will conduct follow-up discussions with new hires and stakeholders to assess interventions and ensure professional conduct throughout the process.
  • Furthermore, you will assist in coordinating and facilitating performance management activities, including workshops on setting SMART goals for the upcoming year. This involves monitoring and providing input into evaluation discussions, identifying areas for improvement in goal setting, and engaging in interventions to enhance goal measurability.
  • In addition to your HR responsibilities, you will interpret survey results on employee well-being, formulate actionable plans to address identified areas for improvement, and implement these plans effectively.
