PROPÓSITO:

Apoyo en el área de gestión humana: reclutamiento y procesos de selección, bienestar, relaciones laborales, etc.

REQUERIMIENTOS DEL ROL:

  • Estudiante de carreras como: psicología, administración de empresas o afines.
  • Conocimiento básico en herramientas ofimáticas (manejo especialmente de Excel –intermedio).

HABILIDADES Y COMPETENCIAS:

  • Comunicación asertiva, proactividad, capacidad de análisis, manejo de relaciones interpersonales.
