The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors, and provides essential administrative support to the community. This role is integral to creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to Twenty20 Managements mission: to improve the lives of our customers, uphold commitments to staff and residents, and contribute to a rewarding and enjoyable workplace.
