Primary Responsibilities

• Use of hand tools / cutters: Prepping cable ends
• Use of hand tools / electric screwdriver: Assembling of cable components
• Ability to work from detailed instructions / blueprints and conform to strict quality
  assurance guidelines
• Ability to work on various machines like crimping and labeling equipment.
• Other duties as assigned

Technical Knowledge/Skills Required

• Must be able to function well in a team or group environment
• Must be able to communicate well.
• Must be able to read and understand assembly drawings/bill of materials, written work
  instructions and distinguish colors in multi conductor cables
• Must be able to lift up to 40-50 lbs
• Could be sitting or standing for long periods of time.
• Could be doing the same work task for a longer period of time.
• Minimum one-year related work experience in an industrial environment
• Good attendance, attitude and work ethic
• Crimping of cables a plus.
