Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for interacting and influencing TForce Freight Pricing, Sales and Finance leadership on a variety of matters including overall LTL pricing strategy and development of audit plans to support PRISM and Account Resolution Teams; routinely interact with senior leadership across the afore-named TForce Freight functions as well as collaborate closely with the Operations and Financial Planning teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Select, train, develop and motivate a staff of employees
• Identifies opportunities to involve others in new and challenging work assignments and/or rotations that advance the skills and capabilities of individuals and the organization.
• Develop holistic reporting with TForce Freight Pricing teams to proactively identify upcoming reviews, decrease and monitor the number pending contract audits, and perform audit review of pricing actions
• Gathers business requirements to understand and establish business rules.
• Serve as primary TForce Freight support lead over the contractual renewal process for Enterprise, 3PL or Field accounts, ensuring renewals are completed timely and appropriately loaded and audited; work with Pricing, when appropriate, to develop strategy; coordinate and participate on calls with Pricing, Sales, Operations and Finance as needed; prepare updates for executive leadership as required
• Develop education programs for TForce Freight leadership and continue to refine the current PRISM and Account Resolution processes
• Develop presentations as needed for Executive Leadership as they relate to pricing initiatives
• Develop continual pricing education tools and review with TForce Freight leadership
• Continuously improve and collaborate to develop new capabilities around key Pricing performance metrics
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
• Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to travel as needed if Remote
• Have experience supervising others
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus five (5) years' experience in pricing and related analysis, business consulting, project management, and/or operations analysis/management (or internationally comparable degree) or are you a current TForce Freight employee with experience- preferred
• Master's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
• Extensive pricing experience preferred and related analytic skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, perform at both a strategic and functional level and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven record of working jointly with others to produce results
• Strong communications skills to include presentation abilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or financial support systems
• Proven leadership ability; comfortable working with all levels within the company

Experience in LTL transportation and pricing preferred
