We are seeking experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers with hands-on experience with manual and automation testing to join our fast-growing team. We're looking for team members with at least three years of software testing experience who can work well in an Agile Team to deliver critical software solutions to a large federal program.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and execute test plans, scripts, scenarios, and test cases for functional, regression, and deployment testing.

· Perform manual and automated testing of integrations, interfaces, data transfers, APIs, and web services.

· Conduct end-to-end software testing lifecycle activities, including defect logging, root cause analysis, and verification of defect closure.

· Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases and scenarios.

· Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts, including customizations and integrations to ensure system requirements are met.

· Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and security of solutions.

· Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA

· Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure that new enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

· Provide regular status updates on testing progress, issues, and risks.

· Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy and participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work closely with developers, UX designers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver feedback.

· Understanding of testing standards and methodologies, including regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple test cases and environments simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

· A willingness to stay updated with the latest QA methodologies and technological advancements to continuously improve the quality assurance process.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

· Experience working with Federal agencies is a plus.

· Experience with automated testing tools like Provar or Selenium.

· Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar, is beneficial

· Experience with project management tools like JIRA or Confluence to track progress and manage tasks.

EDUCATION:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

CLEARANCE:

· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

· Remote
