Our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will play a key role in designing, building, and enhancing Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions supporting enterprise service delivery environments. You’ll work closely with architects, developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions. This role is ideal for a developer who has strong hands-on experience in D365 customization and integrations and is ready to take greater ownership in technical design, feature implementation, and production support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Design, configure, and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service and related Power Platform solutions.
· Implement advanced configurations including case management, routing, automation, and workflow logic.
· Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions using #, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Automate.
· Support and contribute to architectural and technical design discussions.
· Integrate D365 with Microsoft and third-party systems via APIs and managed connections.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and production issues.
· Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
· Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality, testable deliverables.
· Support data migration, validation, and system optimization initiatives.
· Implement security models including roles, permissions, and environment configuration.
· Ensure solutions meet accessibility and usability standards (including Section 508 considerations).
· Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
· Provide technical guidance to junior team members as needed.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· 3–5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
· Strong experience customizing and extending D365 using plugins, workflows, and automation tools.
· Experience writing custom code in #, .NET, and/or JavaScript.
· Experience designing and supporting system integrations using APIs.
· Solid understanding of D365 data models, security roles, and solution management.
· Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex technical issues.
· Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:
· Experience working with Federal agencies, particularly the Department of Veterans Affairs, is a plus.
· Experience with Customer Service and Omnichannel capabilities.
· Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, App Services, etc.).
· Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).
· Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices for Dynamics 365 deployments.
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
CLEARANCE:
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

· Remote
