We are seeking an Agile Release Train Engineer to coordinate delivery across the teams supporting Army Finance modernization on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F& O). The solution includes Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. The role will establish program-level planning and coordination, resolve cross-team dependencies, and align technical and business work around measurable release objectives and Government acceptance needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Establish and facilitate the program-level Agile cadence across delivery teams and shared services.

•Plan and facilitate Program Increment planning, dependency reviews, Scrum of Scrums, and integrated demonstrations.

•Align architecture, configuration, integration, security, migration, and testing work with release objectives.

•Maintain visibility into cross-team commitments, impediments, capacity constraints, and delivery risks.

•Coordinate dependency resolution and escalate decisions requiring program management or Government action.

•Track delivery metrics and facilitate retrospectives and practical improvements to team coordination.

•Support integrated readiness reviews and Government-facing progress discussions with traceable delivery evidence.

•Coach teams in SAFe-aligned coordination while preserving team-level responsibility for execution and backlog decisions.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

•7+ years of experience in software or IT delivery, including 3+ years coordinating multiple Agile teams or release trains.

•Practical knowledge of SAFe-aligned delivery and program-level Agile coordination.

•Experience facilitating Program Increment planning, integrated demonstrations, and cross-team dependency management.

•Experience using delivery metrics and retrospectives to improve planning and execution.

•Ability to coordinate technical and business stakeholders around release objectives and acceptance evidence.

•Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict-resolution, and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

•Experience with federal ERP modernization or enterprise financial-system delivery.

•Experience coordinating D365 F& O, data migration, integration, and security workstreams.

•Experience supporting releases with Government acceptance and operational-readiness dependencies.

EDUCATION:

•Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and professional experience.

CLEARANCE / SUITABILITY:

•Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements. Any required security clearance and access approvals must be obtained before accessing Government systems or project data and maintained throughout the assignment.

•Remote within the United States.
