Sr. Project Manager

The Sr. Project Manager will drive complex federal technology initiatives that shape secure digital experiences for civilian agencies. Will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions using Agile, hybrid, and iterative delivery methods. You serve as the primary link between technical teams and agency leadership, ensuring every project meets strict performance standards and federal requirements. This position is classified as Hybrid/Remote with the ability to go onsite in Arlington, VA as needed. Position Responsibilities Manages Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) federal service contracts and performance-based requirements to ensure compliance and budget alignment.Leads Stakeholder Engagement across Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or other federal civilian agencies to align expectations and deliverables.Coordinates classified and unclassified meetings, workshops, and work products to maintain secure and seamless operations.Supervises the administration of Drupal content-management platforms, stakeholder portals, and enterprise collaboration environments.Tracks project performance and delivers detailed reporting to mitigate risks and resolve incidents swiftly.Drives continuous improvement by applying ITIL, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks to daily operations.
