SELLING - GENERAL UTILITY CLERK is hiring a Selling - General Utility Clerk in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a full-time position.

POSITION SUMMARY: Receives and verifies Drivers deposits, paperwork and charge tickets. Prepares daily deposit, reconciles paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Completes daily route accounting.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

Required:

• Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D certification and 2 years experience cashiering or equivalent job duties.
\n
• Experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
\n
\n
Preferred:
\n
\n
• Experience with confidential files, documents and other information.
\n
\n

- Verify Drivers paperwork to insure all charge tickets are received. \n
- Balance all Drivers' deposits and prepare a daily deposit. \n
- Preventive maintenance on currency counters and coin sorters. \n
- Operates multiple line telecommunications console and routes calls to appropriate person or location. \n
- Greets vendors, customers and other visitors and assures that they are directed to the proper office. \n

- Provides sales and administrative support. \n
\n
- \n
- Performs general clerical/accounting duties. \n
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned. \n
\n
\n
