A division of Samuel, Son & Co., Samuel Pressure Vessel Group is a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of pressure vessels. We serve many clients from OEMs, engineering firms, and end users in a variety of industries including: oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical processing, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, water, compressed air and industrial gas. We offer engineered to order products such as: transportation containers, separators, process vessels, storage containers, and air receivers to name a few.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and business data to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer, ensuring customer needs are understood and addressed internally
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Forecast monthly sales and monitor performance against targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with operational and organizational goals

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales or sales management experience, preferably in metal manufacturing or industrial markets
  • Experience with sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Proven ability to drive results and achieve business growth objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or Engineering preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree)

Technical & Equipment Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with business systems

Additional Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of and adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet team expectations
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills required

Industry Experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly within industrial or pressure vessel markets
