Maximus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intelligence Analyst with a regional focus on East Asia/China to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing support and guidance to the intelligence customer's regionally focused National Intelligence Manager (NIM) in strategic planning, analysis, and coordination efforts. Your expertise will contribute to the development of key documents, policy initiatives, and engagements with both domestic and international partners. Primary Responsibilities:

- Advise and support the intelligence customer's regionally focused National Intelligence Manager (NIM) in planning, analyzing, producing, and coordinating the development of strategic documents, policy development, and external engagements with U.S. and foreign partners.

- Coordinate interagency meetings, including interagency-policy-committee to National Security Council meetings.

- Support decision-makers and special projects on intelligence integration issues by preparing, producing, and coordinating written products and briefings for senior IC members, policy makers, military decision-makers, and members of Congress.

- Conduct reviews of IC collection and analysis against hard targets, identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and ensuring alignment with Unifying Intelligence Strategies.

- Assist in planning, facilitating, and addressing after-action needs for Community sessions and outreach initiatives related to intelligence integration matters.

Basic Qualifications:

- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or master's degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.

- Regional expertise in one or more Area of Responsibility (AOR), particularly China.

- Familiarity with the IC organization and staff processes.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with senior leaders from inside and outside the USG, and to coordinate, network, and communicate across the IC.

- Broad regional experience in a key Asia-Pacific country or expertise in functional areas aligned with a key AP country (e.g., cyber, military, export control, etc.).

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
