POSITION SUMMARY: Delivers consulting project activities for medium to long-term engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the team in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, on time and within budget.
- Work closely with management and work groups to maintain work plan documents.
- Facilitate meetings or conducts interviews with customers (internal and external), clients, teammates as needed based on project assignments.
- Gather necessary information to provide analysis, and prepares reports documenting findings of such analysis.
- Participate in client meetings; develop trust, credibility, and strong client relationships; and seek opportunities to add value above and beyond competitors.
- Achieve and/or exceed client satisfaction metrics that will increase satisfaction annually.
- Manage the activities of projects in accordance with Maximus established polices and procedures.
- Adhere and comply to contract requirements.
- Attend Division and Corporate meetings as requested and required.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

-Identifies additional product/services/opportunities in customer organization.

- Regular and predictable attendance required.

- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 0 - 3 years of experience consulting within designated function required.

Education preferred: Master's degree in related field preferred.

Preferred Skills: Data and problem analysis skills using industry standard means and tools. Ability to translate data into findings and communicate such to peers, management and clients. Experience writing detailed plans and reports and assisting in creation of project deliverables. Ability to work as a key member of a team with detail orientation. Ability to quickly understand health and human service business processes and systems that support these processes. Experience in deadline-oriented work. Must possess exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally to all segments of the population. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, Visio, Project and other computer software applications required to perform duties of this position.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
