INVENTORY SPECIALIST is hiring!
Description:
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: \n
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
\n
\n
\n- Supervise Warehouse Associates providing guidance and expertise.
\n- Responsible for all warehouse operations.
\n- Responsible for all vacations and planned objectives.
\n- Develops work schedules and assigns employees accordingly.
\n- Monitor & enforce all safety policies.
\n- Complete & review accident reports.
\n- Evaluate performance of Associates.
\n- Responsible to ensure warehouse and grounds are clean and orderly at all times.
\n- May conduct performance reviews.
\n- May interview and hire most qualified person for openings.
\n- May coach, counsel and provide discipline up to and including termination of employment as necessary or recommend such to Warehouse Director.
\n- Performs other duties as required.
\n
\n
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION: \n
\n
\n- Bachelor's Degree in related field and 2 years Warehouse experience; OR 4 years Warehouse experience.
\n- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
\n- Previous experience in union environment.
\n- Related training or certification.
\n- Experience working in a team environment.
\n- Previous WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience.
\n
