Your Job

i360 is seeking a Data Privacy and Compliance Analyst to help promote privacy awareness throughout the organization! This role will be responsible for partnering with Compliance teams, Legal, HR and other subject matter experts to ensure the best knowledge is engaged in given situations (e.g., data subject requests, government interactions, audits, etc.).

This is an onsite role and will be located in one of these locations: Arlington, VA, Dallas, TX, Wichita, KS and Atlanta, GA.

What You Will Do

  • Processing and responding to requests for access, correction, and erasure, etc.
  • Maintaining accurate records and response to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies.
  • Staying up-to-date on emerging compliance-related laws and regulations, such as Data Privacy and Data Broker Laws, that may be relevant to i360.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Privacy Related inquiries.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience with US privacy landscape (CCPA, VCDPA, OCPA, etc.)
  • Experience communicating across a range of audiences, including internal and external customers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A strong sense of urgency combined with a focus on continuously seeking better ways to improve processes
  • Deep understanding of how to make decisions and take actions that are optimized for risk


What Will Put You Ahead

  • 3-5 years of experience with compliance, privacy and data protection.
  • Relevant Compliance or Data Privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CCEP).
  • Proficient in Privacy Management Software (e.g., OneTrust)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
