As an Associate, Content Enablement, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Learning Technology Enablement team, you will report to the Director, Learning Technology Enablement. You will support projects, including learning transformation initiatives. These initiatives include migration to a new learning management system, implementation of a learning experience platform, and optimizing AI-enabled tools. - Maintain tagging across the LMS/LXP to ensure courses, assets, and pathways support the right content areas, audiences, skills, and roles.
- Develop learning content campaigns that highlight enterprise priorities and increase learning engagement.
- Analyze how content aligns to priority capabilities, helping L& D curate the right learning at the right time-not simply more content.
How you'll collaborate with others: - Partner with L& D program owners to apply governance standards for content creation, curation, updates, and retirement.
- Collaborate with L& D teams to maintain learning content across internal platforms (SharePoint, Umbraco).
- Advise learning leaders and content owners on improvements to taxonomy, catalog structure, and tagging to enhance discoverability.
- Share content utilization insights through reports and dashboards to inform learning and content investment decisions.
Projects you'll take ownership of: - Maintain and refine learning taxonomy and metadata standards (categories, skills, audiences and accessibility) to improve content organization and discoverability.
- Lead content campaigns in Hilton University to increase awareness, engagement, and use of learning that builds critical skills.
