Fabrication Shop Teammate .About the Role: You will: - Be responsible for quality fabrication and production of piping and related material.
- Use angle grinders and other various electric tools for plasma cutting pipe and steel plates and preparing weld fittings.
- Accurately read cut/fabrication sheet diagrams and measure and mark pipes.
- Safely operate heavy machines such as a Landis threader.
- Maintain proper maintenance on all heavy-duty equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety in the fabrication shop.
- Safely load and unload piping material via forklift.
- Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
Additional Responsibilities: About You: - 1 or more years of warehouse or material handling experience
- Experience in welding and fabrication preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: - Certified for welding carbon/stainless steel - vertical and horizontal
- Previous pipe fabrication experience
- Plumbing field experience
- Possess basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word)

- Have a comprehensive knowledge of and be able to apply and enforce OSHA and other material handling and facility safety regulations.
- Be able to safely operate a forklift and all other material handling equipment in use at the Profit Center.
- Be able to learn and operate the computer related systems used for business operations.
- Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English.
