Seasonal Member Representative DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU); is currently seeking rising or current college students that would like the opportunity to experience an enriching learning experience around the Credit Union/Financial Industry and professional work skills development. This is a great opportunity to gain professional development while offering seasonal assistance to DCCU branch teams at various locations in Harrisonburg, Waynesboro, & Lexington. Seasonal employees can expect to work full-time hours (38 to 40 hours a week) during their available weeks. What You’ll have the Opportunity to do: - Process all financial transaction requests to include:
- cash advances, withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and balancing
- Actively assist the branch team in creating a meaningful member experience
- Gain professional work experience
What You’ll Bring to the Table - High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong passion for service
- Ability to transform service experiences into relationship
- Passion for helping people and interacting with others
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and
- Ability to work as part of a team to promote an efficient and effective workflow
