Retail Branch Manager - Lexington

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Retail Branch Manager to join our Lexington location. If you have a passion for serving others to help them achieve their financial goals, then this may be the perfect position for you!

What You’ll have the Opportunity to do:
  • Aid in effectively managing the entire member experience upon visiting the branch
  • Conduct observation and coaching of staff
  • Conduct financial transactions, open new accounts, and assist members with loans
  • Communicate and implement service strategies and techniques to foster greater member relationships and satisfaction and monitor the level of quality service to members through a versatile, well-trained, highly qualified, and highly motivated staff
  • Lead and conduct weekly staff meetings,
  • Track and post weekly sales goals and results
  • Coach and counsel staff on sales and service performance
  • Provide development opportunities for employees
  • Foster an engaging and inclusive work environment
  • Generate new business by providing consultative approaches to matching retail products and services to existing members to include out bound calls to potential business members.

What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience with a retail focused background, demonstrated leadership ability, and a minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, direction, and supervision to entire branch office
  • Passion for building trusted relationships with staff and members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to assess needs, implement plans, and handle confidential information
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passion for creating an exceptional service culture.
