Remote Member Representative - Service Center

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU); is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individual to join our service center team as a Remote Member Representative for the Service Center. This position is designed to be fully remote (work from home) after the successful completion of training that will take place onsite at our location in Waynesboro, Virginia. What You’ll have the Opportunity to do:

  • Provide exceptional service to our members through telephone inquiries to include deposit and loan accounts.
  • Participate in a dedicated career development plan to advance knowledge and skills in order to provide full service for each member experience.
  • Serve as trusted advisors by building strong relationships and always acting in the best interests of our members.
  • Inform, educate, and advise members of DCCU’s products and services that contribute to their financial health and well-being.
  • Execute member requests to include transfers, withdrawals, payments, debit and credit card inquiries, direct deposit transactions, stop payments, etc.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve issues that may arise involving the various electronic channels.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on professional and effective telephone skills to uphold quality standards while servicing both internal and external members.
  • High aptitude for detailed work, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and contribute to individual, team and department goals while promoting a positive team environment. This would include remaining flexible and taking initiative, and strong regard for confidential and sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated strong self-management by independently prioritizing tasks, maintaining productivity in a remote environment and consistently meeting deadlines. Desire to develop and grow in their career.
  • Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English are preferred.
  • Required minimum home internet speed of 35 Mbps
