Core Systems Analyst
DuPont Community Credit Union is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Core Systems Analyst role to join its Application Support Department in Waynesboro, VA.
What You’ll have the Opportunity to do:
- Collaborate with the system vendor and identified departments on core system updates.
- Serve as a resource to staff by maintaining servers and implementing core updates in a timely manner to ensure DCCU continues to be relevant and sustainable.
- Take initiative by reviewing release documentation and researching possible impacts on employees and members.
- Provide process improvement ideas to Information Technology, SVP to create efficiencies.
- Partner with members of IT management to ensure comprehension of system updates and regulatory changes.
- Conduct testing on release and regulatory updates to ensure they work as expected.
- Communicate with vendors and employees to provide needed preparation to allow staff to continue to be effective.
- Primary resource for the core platform Failover, AIX updates, IBM Microcode updates and Release management.

- Work experience related to software support
- Understanding of QnX and/or Unix language
- Aptitude for detail work and accuracy
