Your Job DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Civil Superintendent to join our Project Delivery team for utility-scale solar projects. This role involves 95% travel, with per diem and monthly home trips provided. Please note: This role does not provide visa sponsorship.Our Team DEPCOM's Project Delivery Organization executes full turnkey PV and BESS plants, including collection substations and generation transmission lines. We leverage preferred partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors while coordinating with interconnection utilities nationwide.

What You Will Do - Oversee and coordinate internal teams and civil subcontractors to ensure quality execution on utility-scale solar and battery storage project sites.
- Develop and improve processes and metrics that drive consistent actions and behaviors to maximize profitability and productivity.
- Support teams and subcontractors in understanding and implementing DEPCOM's safety and quality standards while adhering to construction schedules.
- Enhance decision-making through knowledge sharing, challenging processes, evaluating alternatives, and clarifying decision rights.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and contract compliance for civil subcontractors and internal SWPPP teams.
- Partner with DEPCOM's internal Environmental team to ensure compliance with city, county, and state environmental regulations.
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive 3-week look-ahead schedule for civil-related disciplines on the project.
- Verify that subcontractor work and site conditions align with project plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate daily reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) - A minimum of 4 years of Civil experience including clearing, grading, erosion control and utilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Valid driver's license
What Will Put You Ahead - Experience with SWPPP
- Experience working in the solar industry
- Self-perform heavy civil experience
- Project close-out experience
For this role, we anticipate paying $100, 000 - $130, 000 per year. This position is also eligible for variable pay.
