As a PROJECT - Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II - Tableau Developer on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for...
  • Design, develop, and enhance Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for client-facing analytics solutions
  • Translate business and reporting requirements into dashboard logic, calculations, filters, and interactive visual outputs
  • Connect, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to support accurate and scalable reporting solutions
  • Lead analytics development activities, including troubleshooting, optimization, testing, and deployment support
  • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and data professionals to deliver reporting products aligned to client objectives

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph required
  • 6+ years of experience in Tableau development or data visualization, including integrating Tableau with data sources
  • 1+ years of experience in dashboard design, data analytics and modeling, and functional requirements development
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week at the client site in Chantilly, Virginia
  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:
  • 1+ year of experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud
  • 1+ year of experience integrating data from relational, flat-file, and cloud-based data sources
  • 1+ year of experience supporting government or public sector clients
  • 1+ year of experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes or tools
  • 1+ year of experience with Python, R, or other analytics tools
  • Tableau certification

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137, 500 - $229, 100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
