Deloitte is hiring a Business Systems Implementation Strategy & Transformation Manager (TS SCI w/ Polygraph) in Rosslyn, VA. This is a full-time position, and requiring a bachelor degree.

You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

As a Business Systems Implementation Strategy & Transformation Manager on the Finance Strategy team, you will be responsible for...
  • Collaborate with business and information technology stakeholders to analyze and define requirements for technical solutions
  • Formulate systems scope and objectives based on user needs, business priorities, and system capabilities
  • Document business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, and solution considerations for technical initiatives
  • Assess applicable business systems and industry requirements to support solution design and implementation decisions
  • Apply communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support delivery teams and maximize the business value of information technology investments

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
  • 6+ years of experience collaborating with business and information technology stakeholders to define requirements for technical solutions
  • 4+ years of experience documenting business requirements, systems scope, process flows, or functional specifications
  • 4+ years of experience analyzing user needs and translating them into system requirements
  • 3+ years of experience supporting system implementation, testing, or solution validation activities
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting government or public sector clients
  • Experience facilitating sessions with business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience developing use cases, user stories, or acceptance criteria
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Experience leading workstreams or project tasks
  • Experience with enterprise systems, workflow platforms, or case management tools

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131, 000 to $218, 300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
