Description:
Clean Harbors in Richmond, VA is seeking a Field Service Project Manager to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This includes responsibility over proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion.

Project Manager - Field Services (Environmental Response)
Schedule: 7: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM (on-call rotation required)
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations:
- Meet with management crew to adjust schedules and assignments from the night before.
- Conduct morning check-in with supervisors and ensure crews are dispatched on time.
- Review and complete required paperwork daily.
- Project & Client Management:
- Oversee crews of 5-10 employees in field operations.
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with account managers and clients.
- Prepare quotes and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Collect and review field paperwork at the end of the day; prep for next day's projects.
- Emergency Response (ER):
- Participate in the on-call rotation for spill and chemical response.
- Manage incidents involving oil-based fluids (e.g., different customer site projects).
- Ensure safety protocols and environmental compliance are followed.
- Paperwork & Compliance:
- Complete and manage all project-related paperwork, including:
- Waste profiles
- Change orders
- Vendor purchase orders
- Safety documentation
