Description:
The Capabilities, Analysis and Development (CAD) of Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Technology Analyst to work as part of a multidiscipline team that enables comprehensive efforts to counter adversary nuclear, chemical, biological, and delivery system programs and nefarious global proliferation and procurement trends. This position provides Defense, Service, and Interagency audiences with timely and accurate assessments of adversary WMD programs, strategic threats, and weapons-related S& T developments. This position routinely contributes to Defense Intelligence Enterprise deliverables, including but not limited to foundational assessments, warning reports, technical briefings, and other analytic documents. This position conducts all-source analytic production of future and current leading-edge technologies and their military applications worldwide and projects the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and their potential impact on U.S. forces worldwide. Duties of this position also involve providing risk assessments on the transfer and diversion of defense and dual-use U.S. technologies and assesses national security implications associated with foreign involvement in critical U.S. defense technology and defense sectors.
