• Project Leadership: Oversees multiple interdependent projects or complex programs, ensuring they conform to organizational master plans.
• Technical Design & Analysis: Utilizes engineering principles to analyze and design complex systems, structures, or facilities.
• Contract Management: Prepares, awards, and administers technical contracts, including reviewing contractor proposals and managing budgets.
• Problem Solving & Consulting: Resolves difficult engineering problems, serving as a key consultant for infrastructure, BASOPS support, or technical investigations.
• Coordination & Representation: Represents the organization in meetings with contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders.

• Experience: Generally 7+ years of professional engineering experience, including project management and leadership roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or General Engineering).
• Skills: Strong proficiency in engineering principles (statics, dynamics, fluid mechanics), project management tools, and technical documentation.
• Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
