What You'll Do Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with care plans.Observe and report changes in residents condition, needs, or daily routines to support updates to their care plans.Encourage participation in community programs, activities, and social engagement.Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment for all residents.Work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
