Job Summary:

Kawneer is seeking a motivated, accomplished, and experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:
  • Provide supervision and leadership to a team of engineers
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and lower lead times
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Offer technical guidance and support to team members
  • Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and outcomes
  • Level load work content across Technical Services Manager, Outsource Scheduler, and Engineering
  • Coordinate with outsourced vendors on both price negotiations and schedules
  • Manage workload of application engineering
  • Onboard and train new hires
  • Perform calculation packages for in-house projects
