Retail Sales Associate

The Retail Sale Associate is responsible for operating and maintaining the store, including securing the storeroom, selling and processing transactions involving bus fare media products and services to customers and provides information and assistance to customers regarding bus routes, schedule times, bus tracker information and trip planning. Scheduling Requirements: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 6: 30am - 10: 30 a.m., 3 - 7 p.m. Duties & Responsibilities: Secures all entrances and exits to the Connector store including opening and closing during regularly scheduled hoursMaintains neat, orderly and controlled storage and clean shelving, cabinets, storeroom floors and assigned areasResponsible for selling and processing transactionsinvolving bus fare media products and services to customers and provides information and assistance to customers regarding bus routes, schedule times, bus tracker information and trip planningObtains adequate facts using good judgment in finding answers and solutions to the customer's inquiry, question or concernPerforms other operational duties as needed while keeping the Manager informed on a regular basisAll other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service role This job description lists the major duties and requirements of the job and is not all-inclusive.
