This Warehouse Receiving Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, focusing on the safe and efficient receipt of products, inventory management, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and Inspect Shipments: Unload deliveries from trucks, verify product quantities and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products to designated storage areas.
• Inventory Management: Accurately document all received products and update inventory systems accordingly.
• Storage and Organization: Properly store products in designated locations within the warehouse to maintain an organized and accessible inventory.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, ensure all goods are in good condition, and document any issues for resolution.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse supervisors and other departments to support efficient warehouse operations.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety and operational procedures within the warehouse, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Reporting: Communicate discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to the Receiving Manager and management as needed.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Assist in other warehouse-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Prior experience in warehouse receiving or material handling is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Must be legally able to work in the U.S. We E-verify.
• Must be looking for long-term employment
• Shift & Hours: Monday-Friday 6: 30am-4pm. Must be open to the possibility of schedule changes due to warehouse need and coverage needed. Must be able to work holidays as needed.
